W4W completes challenging rooftop project
When the rooftop of a prestigious ten storied apartment block began to pose a serious leakage challenge, the developer needed a contractor who had high level expertise and internationally recognized products to address the problem.
W4W Kenya was selected to undertake the repair works owing to experience in similar projects and use of British Standards approved products.
The old waterproofing was removed and a new system applied using Fosroc Nitocote CM 210 and Nitobond SBR.
After flood tests were conducted alongside the seasonal heavy rains, it was confirmed that the solution was indeed watertight.
